Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Necessary documentation provided when considering a commercial offer.
Certificate of registration of an electrotechnical laboratory issued by the Rostechnadzor department.

A list of devices with copies of verification certificates.
Information on the composition of specialists with attached copies of certificates, with a record of special work.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.
Participation is free of charge

The Call for Bidding Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
