- Clause 29 of Federal Norms and Rules in the field of industrial safety "Rules for Conducting Industrial Safety Expertise" (approved by Rostechnadzor Order No. 420 dated 10/20/2020).

The contractor must have a license from the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision to carry out activities to conduct an industrial safety examination of project documentation for technical re-equipment, conservation and liquidation of a hazardous production facility.
