Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Comments:
In order to participate in this trading procedure, applicants must provide the following documents:
1. Quote (template attached to bidding)
2. Companies with no experience with Rusagro will be given a reference sheet for similar projects according to the form attached to the tender.
3. Package of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.
4. Participation in the tender means that the participant agrees to sign Rusagro's standard contract form without modification. The template template is attached to the tender.

If you do not have a full package of documents, your application will not be considered!

We remind you that Price is the most important but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When selecting a winner, the tender committee considers a number of the following criteria: TK compliance, delivery/fulfillment period, warranties, price, advance/postpayment, advance security, goodwill and work experience , readiness to work under the model contract.
