Comments:
The customer has the right to choose up to five winners, with each of whom a framework agreement will be concluded. At the same time, the customer has the right not to recognize the procurement participant as the winner who, according to the results of the expert evaluation of applications according to the criterion "Quality and Qualifications", is less than 10 points.
An agreement is signed with each of the winners for the maximum price of the agreement and in accordance with the unit prices specified in the draft agreement (attached to the documentation).
The distribution of a specific order between the purchase winners after the conclusion of contracts is carried out in accordance with the methodology (attached). The cost menu is fixed, not traded. The winner is selected by AK (60% importance) and portfolio (40% importance)

3) ООО «ЭПИКПРО» - 133 728 000,00 руб., включая НДС. Менеджмент (к общей сумме проекта / процентная ставка) – 9,5%, включая НДС.
4) ООО «Студия Экшен фильм» - 133 728 000,00 руб., включая НДС. Менеджмент (к общей сумме проекта / процентная ставка) – 9,5%, включая НДС.
5) ООО «Оки Доки» - 133 728 000,00 руб., включая НДС. Менеджмент (к общей сумме проекта / процентная ставка) – 9,5%, включая НДС.
Отказать претендентам ИП Жданов А.О., ИП Склярова Н.В. (ООО «Гермес Продакшен»), ООО «Блэк Тай Продакшн», ООО «ТОПОТ», ООО "ПХП", ООО "ФЕТИШ ПРОДАКШЕН" и ООО «СОРРИ ГАЙЗ МЕДИА» в допуске на участие в закупке на основании п. 5.4.1 Политики закупок ПАО Банк «ФК Открытие», в связи с несоответствием участников закупки установленным Заказчиком в пп. 6 и пп. 7 п. 9 документации процедуры закупки требованиям.
