Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment for the Goods is made within 45 days after the signing of the Act of acceptance and transfer of the goods.
The cost of the goods must include: taxes, fees and payments and consists of the cost of services, transportation and other expenses of the Contractor related to the performance of duties, including the cost of related services paid by the Customer.
Delivery terms:The delivery of advertising and information materials specified in the terms of reference
is carried out in batches throughout the year - based on Customer requests.

Packaging, labeling, security, delivery, loading, unloading, is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier.

In case of the first unjustified refusal – inclusion in the stop list for a period of 6 months, in case of repeated refusal - on a permanent basis.

Commercial offers of participants sent not in the form of a Winlab are not accepted for consideration.
