Dear Bidders!
The order and terms of payment - in accordance with the conditions specified in the description (name) of the lots.
Payment of the Guarantee amount in the amount of 5% of the Contract value is carried out 1 year after the date of signing by the parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of works for warranty operation (subject to the Contractor's elimination of the comments of the Acceptance Commission, as well as other reasonable comments of the Customer to the results of the Work, for which the Contractor is responsible during the Warranty Period of the Facility). This condition is included in the agreement if the amount of the agreement is equal to or exceeds 3,000,000 rubles.
The warranty period for the work performed is 24 months.

Absence of problematic objects of JSC "Tander" according to the main criteria: there is no judicial / pre-judicial work with the contractual counterparty, the absence of unresolved critical comments (indicated in the act of the final commission, etc. in a similar document), etc.
