| Delivery terms: | The scope and list of works includes, but is not limited to, the composition listed below. The work is carried out by the Contractor in full,
"turnkey", by the Contractor's forces, means and mechanisms, including all necessary consumables and related expenses.
1. Analysis of the KM section, development of a fire protection project for steel building structures, selection of flame retardant composition and thickness to ensure the required fire resistance limits
of metal structures, calculation
of the reduced thickness of metal and the areas of covered elements, coordination of the project with the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, obtaining an expert opinion.
2. Purchase and delivery of materials, consumables, fasteners and other
materials necessary for work.
3. Mobilization of all necessary equipment and tools
to the work site, in the amount necessary for high-quality performance
of work in accordance with the GPR.
4. Input control and quality control of materials with an entry in the journal and certificates.
5. Warehousing, moving and lifting of materials to the place of work.
6. Preparation of surfaces and installation of fire-resistant coating
of metal structures, coordination and delivery of completed works with the Ministry of Emergency
Situations of the Russian Federation, obtaining the Conclusion of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation.
7. Stage-by-stage delivery of works, executive documentation and conclusions to the Customer's technical supervision representative.
8. other work necessary for the successful completion of the work.
9. Demobilization.
According to the Customer's decision, part or the full volume of materials
listed in the Statement of Work Volumes can be supplied by the Customer as a tolling material. The obligation, in this
case, for entrance control, acceptance, unloading, moving to the place of work, lifting, completeness, protection and safety of material
and property, etc., remains with the Contractor.
Requirements for the
work
1. The company must have the appropriate licenses and permits to carry out activities for the design and execution of works on
fire protection of structures.
2. Calculate the reduced metal thickness of the elements of metal structures that require fire resistance limits.
3. Calculate the fire resistance limits of unprotected elements
of metal structures.
4. Perform the calculation of the areas of protected elements of metal
structures, coordinate with the General Designer.
5. Prepare a summary table with an indication for each element –
Required fire resistance limit, PTM, fire resistance limits of an unprotected element, protected area, dry layer thickness, consumption
per m2, total consumption.
6. To coordinate the project of fire protection of steel building structures with the Customer and the General Designer, after that with the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation.
7. Before the start of the work, coordinate the PPR and a detailed schedule of work with the Customer.
8. Notify the manufacturer of metal structures about the list and
requirements for the painting of metal structures subject to fire protection.
9. Perform cleaning and preparation of the surfaces of the protected MK, according
to the requirements of the manufacturer of the flame retardant material, the requirements of the fire protection project, PPR.
10. Preparation of surfaces and installation of fire-resistant coating
of metal structures, to be presented in stages and handed over to a representative
of the Customer's technical supervision. The completed works should be approved and handed over
IPL OF THE Ministry OF Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation.
11. All work is carried out "turnkey" with materials and by the Contractor. The
cost of the work includes, temporary lighting, a wheel washing point and its
maintenance and accommodation and meals for personnel, the construction of temporary roads, networks and structures, sanitary facilities and their maintenance, maintenance and maintenance of the work site and

12. When constructing an object, follow the RD-11-02-2006 regarding the composition and list of acts of inspection of works and inspection
of structures, a set of Executive documentation.
13. When performing work and after completion of work, it is necessary to
clean the territory and garbage collection.
14. Any changes in the composition and content of the work, the equipment and materials used are documented in writing and sent to the Customer for consideration.
15.Payment for the work performed is made for
the amount of work actually performed, on the basis of executive documentation, with confirmation
by technical supervision and a surveyor of the customer. The volumes and cost of the work performed are closed "in the body", i.e. taking into account the coefficient of compaction,
decompression, spills, losses during transportation and when
unloading / loading, overlaps, scraps, overlaps, coefficient for irreparable losses, coefficient of metal deposition, etc. should be included in the cost of work.
16. The Contractor undertakes to prepare and send to the Customer a daily
report, according to the Customer's form, on the work performed. |
