Comments:
The administrative and household complex (ABK) will be operated in a temperate continental climate, characterized by severe long and snowy winters and warm short summers. The average monthly temperature in the coldest month of the year (January) –15.20С, in the warmest month (July) 17.30С. The minimum and maximum monthly temperatures (January) minus 46.30С and (July) plus 340С.
Administratively, the Severo-Kaluga copper pyrite deposit is located within the Nizhny Turinsky district of the Sverdlovsk region, 200 km (250 km along a year-round asphalt road) north of the center of the Ural Federal District of Yekaterinburg, 4 km north-east of the city of Nizhnyaya Tour.

The two-story building of the ABK should consist of quick-detachable modules, equipped with electricity. Windows - metal-plastic with double-glazed windows. Flooring - linoleum, entrance doors - metal.
The foundations for the building are prefabricated prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs.
