Delivery terms:Acceptance of work is done monthly. The works are considered to be performed by the "Contractor" and accepted by the "Customer" from the moment of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of work (KS-2), a certificate of the cost of the work performed and the costs (KS-3) in the presence of executive documentation. Simultaneously with the acts of KS-2 and KS-3, the "Contractor" presents an invoice

Comments:
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a form of competition / auction / public offer and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447–449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting request for price quotations/offers an invitation to participate, together with documentation on request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; application for participation in the request is an offer of potential Participant of RFQ/RFP. Thus the Organizer has no obligation to enter into a contract based on RFP results.
If the participant registered in the system does not have the opportunity to independently submit proposals due to the lack of an electronic digital signature, it is possible to upload offers sent to the organizer's e-mail.
To upload proposals on behalf of the Participant, MUST have three documents:
- Offers (commercial offers) certified by the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization (Must contain the number of products offered, unit price with VAT, total amount with VAT);
- A document establishing the right to take action on behalf of the counterparty (for example: charter, power of attorney);
- A letter rejecting further claims on the occasion that the offer is not submitted at the auction by the Bidder itself (in free form on the company letterhead signed by an authorized person).
All proposals from participants who do not have EDS must be sent to the Organizer’s email address b2b_bmk@belmk.ru.
Acceptance of offers to the Organizer’s email address is completed within 6 hours before the end of the procedure; uploading of offers to tenders is possible up to 4 hours before the end.
And also if the potential supplier does not agree with the terms of the lot (terms of payment, terms of delivery, etc.), then it is imperative to indicate your terms in the commercial offer (offer) or in additional comments.
