Comments:
1. IN THE EVENT OF THE DELIVERY OF THE DELIVERY TIME BY SEVERAL APPLICATIONS, THE EXISTING AGREEMENT WILL BE DISCONTINUED, WITH THIS SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE STOP LIST FOR ALL THE FOLLOWING TENDER LLC.

2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS FOR DELIVERY:
- availability of storage facilities in the Kaliningrad region (incl. ref. camera), in case of an unforeseen change in the schedule of the fleet, and the impossibility of timely receipt of food on board the vessel;
- the possibility of delivering goods on board the vessel 24/7 during the term of the supply agreement.

3. It must be noted that the Supplier, before transferring food products on board the applicant ship, must carry out their customs clearance. This requirement applies to ships performing maritime operations in the area of the D-6 OIRFP.

2. Food is delivered on board the applicant ship. The quantity and list of requested items is reflected in the application of the applicant ship.

3. The delivery time of food products on board the applicant ship is within 3 calendar days from the receipt of the relevant ship's application.

4. The expected volume of consumption is included in the procurement documentation for this request for proposals (its complete selection is not guaranteed, it may also be exceeded). At the same time, the cost must be formed from the calculation of the minimum supply - 10-15 thousand rubles.

5. The place of mooring of vessels is located on the territory of a sensitive facility; access control is in effect.

6. The planned period for concluding the supply contract is July-September 2020. with fixing prices until the end of the contract. With the possibility of prolonging the contract for the 4th quarter of 2020.

7. Delivered food products must comply with the quality standards applicable in the Russian Federation with GOST, TU, biomedical requirements and sanitary standards for the quality of food raw materials and food products, as well as meet the requirements established by the Federal Law of 02.01.2000 No. 29-FZ "On Quality and food safety. " The remaining shelf life at the time of delivery to the Customer should be at least 75% of the total shelf life.

8. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

9. Participants of this procedure MUST, before opening envelopes, attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form.

10. The set of documents should include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL indicating the delivery time, as well as signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure.

11. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
