If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

2. This product is an unclaimed mtr (not used, storage). All the products have been purchased at Russian and foreign manufacturers and have all the required compliance documents and quality certificates (provided by request).
3. Location of materials: Tatarstan Republic, Nizhnekamsk (0359), Almetievsk (0353), Bugulma (0351), Leninogorsk (0352).
4. Payment form-100% prepayment. Ex-Works.
5. Upon completion of the bidding, the supplier reserves the right to use the above-mentioned мtr for the needs of PJSC "Tatneft" on signing the contract.
