Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure through the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. To their offers electronically, participants in this procedure must attach a file as a scanned copy of their business offer, signed by an authorized person and certified the seal of the participating organization, as well as the documents for the list below. If a participant fails or improperly fulfillment of this requirement, the organizer reserves the right not to consider the participant's offer

3. Location of TC: Samara Region, Samara, Groznenskaya str. 55 (base of GSI-NHM LLC)

4. Terms of delivery: The CU is exported by the Buyer's forces and expense.
5. Photos, PTAs and PSM, as well as technical status and list of CU are presented in attached files to this sale announcement.
