- It is required to provide information on the sale of the rightholder's products along the supply chain (provided in the form of an information letter);
- When preparing the tabular part in the "Commercial Offer" document, it is required to use the table form from the Specification;
- A completed Specification in excel format must be attached to the documents as part of the Bidder's bid;
- The Bidder of the Call for Bidding procedure should not be included in the registers of unscrupulous suppliers posted on the websites http://cbr.ru , http://zakupki.gov.ru .
