Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Payment terms:Payment terms for the delivery of goods: deferred payment of 60 days upon delivery of goods or equipment to the warehouse of the Consignee. Additionally, the Bidder has the right to offer alternative payment terms.

In case of prepayment of more than 5 million rubles with VAT of 20%, it is necessary to provide in the form of a bank guarantee of the top Bank of Russia, which is included in the list of systemically important credit organizations at the link: //cbr.ru/banking_sector/credit/SystemBanks.html .

A bank guarantee must be issued for a period of at least 60 days by the date of delivery of the goods.

The cost must be indicated on the terms of pickup and delivery to the Consignee's warehouse.
