Payment terms:
Deferred payment within 60 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse or other payment terms that are agreed upon by the parties additionally. In case of an advance payment, the Supplier is obliged to submit an irrevocable bank guarantee for an amount not less than the prepayment amount issued by banks included in the rating of the fifty largest banks in Russia or international banks, with a rating not lower than BB + /Baa2.
Delivery terms:
The delivery time is minimal.
The Goods are delivered by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. The cost of delivery is included in the price of the Goods. The delivery date is the date of transfer of the Goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) at the Buyer's warehouse in Mezhdurechensk, Southern industrial zone, Warehouse. Delivery time of the goods: minimum. The delivered product must be new, not restored.

Comments: 1. A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT is to upload a commercial offer (offer) signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization (please submit a proposal in the form of an Offer+Appendix No. 1 of the procurement documentation).
2. PAY ATTENTION! If products from a different manufacturer (not the original) or with a different catalog number are offered for delivery, the name of the manufacturer and the modified catalog number are necessarily indicated in the commercial offer. Also, a letter signed by the head of the enterprise must be attached to the offer, in which the participant confirms the similarity of the offered products to the original.
3. The validity period of the offer (offer) must be at least 90 calendar days from the date of its submission.
4. One of the important criteria for evaluating the offer is deferred payment. The preferred delay period is 60 days or more from the date of delivery.
5. A mandatory requirement for all participants is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods. The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a standard delivery contract (Appendix No. 2). If there are contradictions, the participant, before the end of the procurement procedure, attaches to the ETP or sends the protocol of disagreements to the draft contract to the organizer of the procedure. Confirmation of the supplier's status is required immediately after the end of the request with the provision of relevant documents in electronic form.

7. Please note that this request is not a notice of the competition or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447-449 part 1 Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse the proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
