1. Supplier must be either the manufacturer, or an effective dealer of the manufacturer. The supplier's status is to be confirmed by the relevant documents uploaded together with the commercial proposal (offer). 2. When supplying the products, the Supplier shall provide original documents for the supplied products: bills/invoices, goods consignment note (TORG-12), bill of lading, quality certificates. The contract is to be concluded strictly as worded by the customer. Please, note that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part I, and Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
