Comments:
- The ongoing request for proposals procedure is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the request for commercial offers at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
- The offered products must be new, certified and must be supplied with all necessary documentation.
- The delivery basis is the consignee's warehouse.
- Transfer of ownership - consignee's warehouse.
- Shipping costs are included in the product price.
- Tenderers who have not attached the Commercial offer on the company's letterhead to the documents will not be accepted for consideration.
