Payment terms:
40% of the value of the goods shall be paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of signing the contract, the contracting authority by transferring money to the account of the supplier;

Delivery terms:

str., Smolensk. Frunze, 74 is carried out by and at the expense of the supplier. The supplier has the right to attract for the fulfilment of the obligations on delivery of the goods by third parties, in its sole discretion, without further authorization from buyer.
Delivery should be transport made up the registration registered in Russia, on the territory of JSC "Smaz» RUSSIAN citizens only allowed the import of foreign goods is forbidden.
The deadline for delivery of the goods is not more than 200 (two hundred) calendar days from the moment of signing the contract.

- moving equipment at the place of installation;

Following the execution of these works the buyer informs the seller written notice of readiness for the conduct of commissioning works (hereinafter referred to as RTD).
Supplier upon receipt of the above notice shall, within 30 (thirty) business days to perform the NDP.
