Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

We are considering the proposals of counterparties who are ready to work on terms of 100% deferred payment within 40-60 calendar days from the date of shipment of goods

- to the terminal of the transport company in Krasnoyarsk (the company of your choice);
- to the base of the logistics company LLC "TERMIT PLANT": Krasnoyarsk, Zatonskaya str., 27a

The Bidder supports the commercial offer, which must be drawn up on the company's official letterhead indicating the INN.
Be sure to specify the terms of payment, as well as the delivery time to the Buyer's warehouse.

Delivery to Krasnoyarsk is included in the cost of products.
