T2-Mobile (Tele2 brand) invites your company to undergo pre-qualification procedure within the framework of the procurement procedure for the right to perform design, survey and construction works Indoor BS Tele2 in Moscow (design and survey of Indoor BS ).
The tender will be held in two stages:
1. preliminary qualification,
2. commercial stage.
To participate in the procedure you need to fill in and upload to the application:
1) questionnaire (scan copy with stamp and signature),
2) consent to the processing of credit history (scan-copy with seal and signature),
3) consent to the processing of personal data (scan-copy with seal and signature),
4) Participant's guide (in .excel format),
5) NDA_Disclosure agreement (scan-copy with seal and signature),
6) scan-copies of documents on the list.
All documents must be decomposed into the appropriate folders (sample in the archive "Company_documents") and submitted in the form of one archive file, replacing the word "Company" with the short name of the company without an organizational and legal form.
Companies that placed applications in the procedure of preliminary qualification No. 1072169, must submit documents on items 1-4. The NDA (item No. 5) and the list documents (item No. 6) are not required.
Forms of the contract and price list will be presented to you during the subsequent stages of the procedure.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
