Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Dear Suppliers!
Indication of the cost for the transportation of 1 bale of straw for Lot 1 and Lot 2 is required.
Mandatory conditions for the participant:
Payment terms - according to the specified conditions for Lots 1 and 2
Confirm that the cost of transportation of 1 bale of straw includes all costs of delivery and organization of processes
Confirm the completion of work within the period from 06/25/2021 to 08/15/2021.
Confirm the possibility of displaying the maximum number of vehicles on all routes - 15 units.
Attach a list and number of vehicles for transporting straw (indicating the brand, year of manufacture, state number, ownership / lease).
Confirm that the vehicles are equipped with exhaust flame arresters, cargo ties and a fire extinguisher.
Consent to the execution of work at the request of the Customer, idle transport due to bad weather and a pause in work is not paid.

Only one legal entity can take part in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
