Comments:
Basic conditions for the performance of work:
- AGP must be technically sound and meet the requirements of industrial safety;
- AGP must be registered with the Rostechnadzor authorities and certified;
- The organization must issue a permanent pass to the territory of CZP JSC for AGP;
- The provision of the AGP rental service is carried out at the request of the joint venture no later than 1 day before the start of the work;
- the rental price includes a full range of works to ensure safety during their implementation and is not subject to change for the entire duration of the Agreement;
- Surcharges and surcharges for overtime work, work on weekends and holidays are not additionally compensated
