Comments:
the request for proposals will be held from 17.04.2018 g. 23.04.2018 to 12:00 (Moscow time), with a possible extension after completing basic time in accordance with the rules of the bidding process (Appendix 2), without leading rates without displaying participants best bets. Requirement for participation in the request for proposals is enlisting on the electronic platform of the final proposal on the outcome of the request for proposals (certified by signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the Organization): prices for each lot in rubles without VAT 18%.
