Auto-extension

Payment terms:
1. Form of payment: non-cash, in Russian rubles. 2. Terms and order of payment: advance payment in the amount of 70% shall be made within 5 (five) banking days after the Supplier has presented a bill to be paid, final payment in the amount of 30% shall be made within 5 (five) banking days after the statement of the performed works is signed.
Delivery terms:
Delivery address: delivery and venue of provision of services shall be in accordance with the Supplier's provisions for Lot No. 1: in terms according to the requirements of the customer in the agreed time and for precise number of seats for conduction of negotiations or any other events in accordance with the Customer's requirements. Lot No. 2. The services for catering shall be provided upon request of the customer at the agreed venues. Delivery of the goods to the Customer and unloading under Lots No. 1 and 2 shall be carried out at the expense of the Supplier and using his resources.

Comments: Subject of agreement: the right to enter in into Agreement for provision of catering services. Lot No. 1. Term of execution of works for production and delivery of the Services shall be determined in accordance with the Customer's requirements for each event, separately, and the location shall be near to the following address: Ulansky Perulok 22/1. Lot No. 2. Provision of maximum services for catering: breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches, standing receptions, barbecue, dinners, evening meals, etc. in accordance with the Customer's requirements, at the specified locations and in the specified time. Responsibility of the parties: for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations under the agreement the parties shall bear the liabilities under the agreement in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Обоснование: По лоту №1:
1. Признать ЗАО "Улан" соответствующим требованиям Документации и удовлетворяющим критериям оценки предложений.
2. В связи с тем, что поступила только одна Заявка, которая не отклонена, ввиду отсутствия конкурентной среды, на основании п.3.11.13 Документации процедура запроса предложений признается несостоявшейся.
3. На основании п. 3.11.14 Документации считать ЗАО "Улан" Единственным участником закупки и на основании абзаца 1 п. 3.14.4 Документации заключить договор с Единственным участником закупки на условиях Документации и предложений, указанных в составе Заявки на участие в запросе предложений
По лоту №2:
4. Признать ООО "НАШЕ-ВАШЕ" соответствующим требованиям Документации и удовлетворяющим критериям оценки предложений.
5. В связи с тем, что поступила только одна Заявка, которая не отклонена, ввиду отсутствия конкурентной среды, на основании п.3.11.13 Документации процедура запроса предложений признается несостоявшейся.
6. На основании п. 3.11.14 Документации считать ООО "НАШЕ-ВАШЕ" Единственным участником закупки и на основании абзаца 1 п. 3.14.4 Документации заключить договор с Единственным участником закупки на условиях Документации и предложений, указанных в составе Заявки на участие в запросе предложений.
