- A copy of the company's balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the last reporting period with confirmation of acceptance by the tax authority.
- Information on long-term accounts receivable (more than one year) (if applicable)
- Certificate of the counterparty on the availability of resources necessary for the fulfillment of the terms of the contract (including the number of employees and other necessary resources, depending on the type of work and services). If the execution of the contract is planned with the involvement of subcontractors and other third parties, it is necessary to indicate information about this in the certificate.
