VimpelCom PJSC invites organizations to take part in the procedure for requesting information and possible qualifications (the first is this procedure on the ETP) and selection (the second procedure is the commercial stage - reduction of the initial prices, will be carried out in the ETP request for proposals / prices after the qualification stage) of suppliers for provision of transport and forwarding services for the Eastern Region of PJSC VimpelCom Group of Companies. The request includes 4 lots.
The name of the lots, the procedure for carrying out the procedures can be found in the attached documents.
To participate in this procedure, you must submit documents within a certain period of time:
- Fill out the Application Form and provide its signed scanned copy, in PDF format
- Prepare the following documents in separate files in PDF format:
* Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated no more than 3 months ago;
* Power of attorney or other document authorizing to sign documents on behalf of the organization;
* Letter - assurance of non-affiliation;
* file "Information" in xls format;
* file "statement of conformity" and all scanned copies of documents specified in it, in xls format and signed in pdf
* Completed file "Balance 2018 - 2019" with financial reporting data (data of F1 balance and F2 financial results report) in xls format and the forms of the Balance sheet and financial results report themselves with a tax mark of acceptance for 2018 and 2019 in pdf format
Submit the above documents once, even if you submit a Commercial Proposal for several Lots!
* Completed file "KP" Fully completed for each Lot applications in pdf and xls format and Protocol of the contract price proposal for all Lots - one in pdf format
- Also, we transfer other documents for review: Agreement, Procurement documentation, etc.
This invitation does not constitute a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail any obligations for PJSC VimpelCom provided for in these Articles.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
