Delivery terms:
The Contractor must:
2.1.1. Proceed to provide services under this Agreement in a timely manner.

2.1.24. In case of failure by the Customer of counterobligations under the Contract preventing the Contractor from fulfilling the obligations under the Agreement within the time specified by the Agreement, the Contractor shall be obliged immediately (not after the next business day after the date of the Customer's respective obligations) to notify the Customer about this, suspend the provision of services under the Contract, otherwise the Contractor may not be entitled to invoke these circumstances as grounds for failure to provide services and/or exempt him from liability for breach of obligations under the Contract. The Contractor's continuation of services under the Contract after the Customer's due date of performance of counterobligations under the Contract constitutes an acknowledgment by the Contractor that in order to provide the services The Customer's performance of counterobligations does not constitute an obstacle to the Contractor's provision of services under the Agreement.
