The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:cashless form of settlement, 100% postpayment after delivery of each batch of equipment. Payment is made in Russian rubles within 30 calendar days from the date of providing the Customer of original invoices, invoices and deeds.

The request for offers is not a Contest (form of bidding) provided for under Article 447-449 of the GC RF and does not entail a legal obligation to the Customer at the Supplier's choice.

The quantity of goods, works, services and intellectual activity results as shown in the procurement documentation is indicative and represents the amount that may be select/not selected /exceeded by X5 Retail Group during the duration of the contract concluded with the winner of the procurement procedure. The number of goods, works, services and intellectual activity results to be purchased can be reduced unilaterally by X5 Retail Group, including after choosing the winner and concluding with them contracts.
The request for proposals is not tenable and is not subject to the requirements of articles 447—449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. X5 Retail Group is not required to select a winner by procedure and is free to complete it by rejecting all applications.
Participants should be aware of this circumstance and take it into account when filing their applications.
