PJSC "VimpelCom" invites you to participate in the Prequalification of contractors to participate in the procurement event for the selection of contractors to provide services for the construction of INDOOR base stations at the facilities of the State Unitary Enterprise Petersburg Metro in 2019-2020.
The subject of prequalification is the implementation of a full range of works and services for the construction of INDOOR base stations at 7 metro stations in St. Petersburg.
A mandatory requirement for participants is the experience of building INDOOR base stations at the facilities of the St. Petersburg Metro State Unitary Enterprise, as well as the availability of valid approvals for performing these works on the territory of the St. Petersburg Metro State Unitary Enterprise.
Planned stages of the purchase:
Stage 1 Creating a list of interested participants.
Stage 2. Collection of documents for Qualification. Approval of the list of qualified participants.
Stage 3. Commercial stage among qualified participants.
Stage 4. The selection of winners.
Stage 5. Conclusion of contracts.
To complete Stage 1, you must send the following documents no later than August 28, 2019 to the email address tenders_sruzina@beeline.ru (in the subject line you should indicate "Name of participant / Prequalification of St. Petersburg metro for 2019") (link to the documentation package here):
1. Fill out the application form by submitting in PDF format (scan with signature);
2. Fill in Appendix 1 Details of the participant, presenting in Excel format;
3. Fill in Appendix 2. Financial analysis, presenting in Excel and PDF format (scan with signature);
4. Fill out the Negotiation Agreement by submitting in PDF format (scan with signature);
The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of one archive). The name of each file should indicate its contents.
The following documents must also be provided:
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated 2019;
- The current edition of the charter with the current amendments;
- A power of attorney or other document authorizing one or another person to sign documents on behalf of the organization;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- The balance sheet (for 2017 and 2018, at least 2 quarters) or other documents describing the financial and economic activities of the organization, please provide for closed periods of the current year, as well as a report at the end of previous periods (maximum 3 years);
- Profit and loss statement for the last two reporting years.
Electronic copies of documents must satisfy the following conditions:
- the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
- Each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file, for example: The charter should not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white);
- Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
