The right to conclude framework contracts for participation in closed procurement procedures for the provision of services for the completion/modification of software based on 1C products, for organizations belonging to the Rusagro Group of Companies.
The objects of improvements/modifications are the following functionality on the 1C platform:
"1C: Enterprise 8" configurations "1C: Production Enterprise Management" revision 1.3. (including independently developed solutions based on 1C).
"1C: Enterprise 8" configurations "1C: Vehicle Management".
"1C: Document Management CORP".
"1C: Holding Management".
"1C: MDM".
"1C: ERP".
The validity period of framework agreements is 1 year.
The estimated volume of services is about 45 million rubles. without VAT.Collapse

Comments: 1. This Preliminary Qualification selection is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2. The selection is carried out WITHOUT collecting price or time offers. The prices (cost) of specific services, as well as the timing of their implementation, will be determined in the process of conducting subsequent Closed Requests for Proposals.
3. The technical and commercial proposal must fully comply with the requirements/criteria set out in the Terms of Reference.
4. Without providing all the documents specified in the Request (or if they are unacceptable), the organization will not be admitted to the tender.
5. Algorithm of actions in case of reasonable doubts about the fairness of the tender:
* Ask for clarification from the Rusagro employee who initiated the bidding (the "Contact person" field).
