Estimates are compiled by applying the base prices of 2004 in accordance with the Collection of Basic Prices for Repair of Energy Equipment of JSC "Central Bank "Energoremont" using the the district coefficient of 80% and the index of appreciation of the estimated cost.
The established limit index of the increase in cost of the estimated cost of the Customer is 2.74.
During the request for proposals, at the evaluation stage within the framework of the price criterion will be evaluated the index of appreciation of the estimated cost
