Requirements to the bidders:

d) submission of information provided for in clause 5.1.4 of the Tender Documentation;
e) the Participant of the Competition has no arrears in taxes, fees, arrears of other obligatory payments to the budgets of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation (except for the amounts for which a deferral, installment plan, investment tax credit are granted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees, which restructured in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, according to which there is a court decision that has entered into legal force recognizing the applicant's obligation to pay these amounts as fulfilled or which are recognized as hopeless to be collected in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees) for the past calendar year, the amount of which exceeds 25% (twenty five percent) of the book value of the Bidder's assets, according to the accounting statements for the last reporting period. g) the Participant of the Competition - an individual or the head, members of the collegial executive body or the chief accountant of a legal entity - the Participant of the Competition has no previous convictions for crimes in the economy (except for persons whose convictions have been canceled or canceled), as well as non-use of these individuals, punishment in the form of deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities that are related to the supply of goods, performance of work, provision of services, which are the object of the procurement, and administrative punishment in the form of disqualification.

Contract conclusion date:

The contract is concluded in writing by drawing up one document signed by the parties.
