Payment of the completed works (stages of work) is carried out in stages based on the cost of the Contractor and accepted by the Customer of the Works (stages of work) specified in the Calendar Plan within 15 workers days (In case of signing a contract with an organization that is a subject of small business)/45 calendar days (In case of signing a contract with an organization that is not a subject of small business business) following the date of receipt by the Customer of the original account issued by the Contractor on the basis and availability of the following documents:
- Signed by the Customer and Contractor of journals accounting for performed works on the form №КС-6a in 2 (two) copies on paper, in electronic form of their creation and in Excel format with a set of executive documentation to be provided to the Customer at the intermediate stages in the following form: 1 (one) copy in PDF format with a complete set of quality documents Applied materials, products and equipment, operating diagrams in AutoCAD format on paper in 2 (two) copies;
- Acts on acceptance of performed works (form KS-2), adopted (signed) by the representative of the Customer, in 2 (two) copies;
- Values on the cost of works performed and costs (Form KP-3) in 2 (two) copies;
- original invoice. The Contractor shall, within 5 (five) working days after the Customer has signed a certificate on the cost of the performed works and costs (Form COP-3), send to the Customer an invoice issued in accordance with the the requirements of paragraph 3 of Art. 168 of the NK of the Russian Federation and the bill for payment.
The final payment of the works performed by the Contractor shall be made by the Customer after the signing of the Acts on Reception and Reception of the Repaired, Reconstructed, Modernized Fixed Facilities (OS-3 form), issued in accordance with the established procedure.$
