Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract price (performed Works) shall be made by the Customer upon completion of all works under the contract and achievement of the result of works with a delay of not less than 30 (thirty) and not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days, if the contract is concluded with a small and medium-sized business entity - with a delay of 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the Certificate of Acceptance of Works, provided that Submission by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of the following documents:
- Certificate of acceptance of performed works signed by the Parties (form KS-2);
- signed by the Parties of the Certificate on the cost of the work performed (form COP-3),
- signed by the Parties of the Certificate of acceptance of the completed construction of the Object (form KS-14, KS-11);
- Originals of positive conclusions, Expertise, approvals, permits issued by the Specialized Organizations for Documentation;
- Copies of the Acceptance Certificates of the complete set of the Executive/Technical/Initial Permission (including permission for commissioning of the Facility)/Operating Documents signed by the Parties;
- Acceptance certificate of restored elements of improvement and landscaping after construction (reconstruction, repair) of engineering and technical support networks and other objects, in accordance with item 22 of the technical assignments; $
- original account;
- original invoice issued on the basis of the Certificate of Acceptance of Works and handed over to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of execution of works, provided there are no claims and requirements from Customer's side by quality and terms of work performed.
Payment of the Contract Price shall be made by the Customer by means of non-cash transfer of funds to the Contractor's settlement account, or by other means provided by the Contract and/or the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including through the transfer of promissory notes, etc.
The failure to provide any of the documents that are the basis for payment, or the violation of the deadline for submission of any of these documents is the basis for the delay of payment by the Customer for a period of time late submission of documents by the Contractor
Payments under the Agreement shall be made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract, and may also have other forms of settlement that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation
