| Requirements to the bidders: | Any applicant invited to the competition who meets the requirements can be a participant in the competition. The applicant must:
-be competent and able to carry out work according to the terms of reference;
-to have qualified specialists who are on the staff of the applicant or attracted by him, to have sufficient production and technical capacities, technical means necessary for the effective, safe performance of the work of the subject of the competition, as well as appropriate quality and in due time according to the technical documentation, documented;
-have experience of similar work over the past three years, with a financing volume of at least 50 million rubles for each year (confirm with a certificate of execution of similar contracts, with the attachment of acts of work performed);
-should not be insolvent, bankrupt, should not be in the process of liquidation, the property should not be under arrest, pledged. |

| Contract award criteria: | The winner of the competition will be the participant who has proposed the most acceptable conditions for the Customer to perform the work in accordance with the terms of reference, including the cost (price) of the work |
| Contract conclusion date: | The contract with the Winner will be concluded within 30 days after the signing of the Protocol on the results of the competition. |
