Purchasing items:

in accordance with part 3 of the "Draft Treaty".
The form and all of the terms and conditions of the draft Treaty (part 3 of the "Draft Treaty") are required. Counteroffers participants on the draft Treaty shall not be permitted.

BUT Sarov is a closed administrative-territorial formation system of Rosatom, the legal status of the Federal law of 14.07.1992 No. 3297-1 "on closed administrative-territorial formation.
