4.1.1. Payments actually made by the Contractor and the Works accepted by the General Contractor are made taking into account clause 4.2 of the Contract and are carried out by the General Contractor within 30 (Thirty) calendar days in accordance with the Schedule of Works with the list of Control events and thematic tasks of the critical path and the deadlines for their implementation (Annex to the Supplemental Agreement for each calendar year) and only under the condition of the onset of the Control Event, the fulfillment of all the thematic tasks of this stage and the signing by the Parties of the Acceptance of Completed Act works (extended form) (form KS-2p) and Information on the cost of work performed and costs (form KS-3), provided that the Contractor provides the original documents with invoices for payment and invoices to the above documents.
