Payment for work under the contract is made by the Customer for the work actually performed on the basis of the Contractor's account within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the invoice, by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor.
Delivery terms:
A single change of sleepers should be carried out on the non-public railway track of FSUE RFNC-VNIIEF located on the territory of the closed city of Sarov
In accordance with Article 3 of the Law of the Russian Federation of 07.14.1992. No. 3297-1 "On closed administrative-territorial formation", entry into the territory of ZATO is limited (access control system). On the territory of ZATO, a special regime is established for the safe functioning of enterprises and (or) objects, which provides for restrictions on entry into its territory, as well as restrictions on the right to conduct economic and entrepreneurial activities, own, use and dispose of natural resources and real estate arising from restrictions on entry and / or permanent residence.
Please note that:
- obtaining permission to enter citizens for temporary or permanent residence in the territory of ZATO is executed by the bodies of the customer service of the Customer and the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation located in the territory of ZATO.
- the minimum time for obtaining an entry permit is two calendar months.
- the mechanism for obtaining permission to enter the territory of ZATO applies to all legal entities and individuals who are winners of the procedures for placing orders for the supply of goods, works and services.
- entry into the territory of ZATO of foreign citizens, citizens with a criminal record is excluded.
For registration of entry into the territory of ZATO, the Participant of the order must contact the authorized person of the Customer.
The Customer is not responsible for the actions of authorized persons ensuring the functioning of the restricted entry regime into the territory of ZATO, upon admission or refusal of admission to the Participant.
The contractor is obliged, within 5 days after the conclusion of the contract, to provide lists of workers for obtaining permission to enter the territory of ZATO.
