Payment terms:
3.2. The Customer pays for the Contractor's work in the following order:
3.2.1. The Customer pays the Contractor an advance in the amount of 80% of the amount set in the calculation within 30 calendar days after the parties sign the contract and receive the invoice from the Contractor for the amount of the advance.
3.2.2. The final payment of services rendered is made based on the cost specified in the price calculation, less the amount previously issued advance.
3.2.3. For the winner who is an SME subject:
Calculations for works performed under this Agreement shall be made between the Customer and the Contractor for completed and delivered works on the basis of the certificate of delivery and acceptance of performed works signed by the Parties and providing the Contractor to the Customer with all necessary documents for payment. The customer makes payment within 15 (Fifteen) working days after acceptance of the result of the completed works.
3.2.4. For a non-SME winner:
Calculations for the works performed under this Agreement shall be made between the Customer and the Contractor for completed and delivered works on the basis of the certificate of delivery and acceptance of the performed works signed by the Parties and providing the Contractor to the Customer with all necessary documents for payment. The customer makes payment within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days after acceptance of the result of the completed works.
3.3. At the end of the work, the Parties are obliged to reconcile the calculations on the obligations arising from the executed contract.
The Contractor submits to the Customer a signed settlement reconciliation certificate in the form of Annex No. 4 to the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the reconciliation act), drawn up for the last month of the past quarter, in 2 copies.
Within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the reconciliation certificate, the customer signs the reconciliation certificate and returns one copy to the Contractor or, in case of disagreement, sends to the Contractor the signed protocol of disagreements.
