Payment terms:1. payment option:
The buyer pays an advance of 30 percent of the total price agreed by the Parties in the Specification. Advance payment to the Supplier is made within 5 (Five) business days from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the original advance payment guarantee, but not earlier than 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of signing of this Agreement, and only if the provision of the advance payment guarantee is provided that meets the requirements of clause 3.2. 3 and Appendices No. 4-5 to this Agreement
The final settlement is carried out within 45 (Forty five) days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the mounted Equipment, provided that the Buyer receives the originals of the documents drawn up in accordance with the terms of the contract and current legislation:
invoice signed by the Supplier for the amount of payment - one original copy of 2 copies;
- invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of Art. 169 of the Tax Code, - one original copy and 1 copy;
- signed by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the mounted Equipment,
- the document provided for in clause 10.12. of this draft Treaty.
At the final settlement, the advance payment is fully credited, and the Supplier is charged with the excess of the Contract Price according to the Specification over the amount of the advance payment listed.

2 payment option:
In the event the Supplier refuses to receive an advance, provision of security for the return of the advance is not required. Payment under the Agreement is made in full within 45 (Forty five) days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the mounted Equipment, unless another, longer payment term is agreed upon by the Parties in the Specification, provided that the Buyer receives the originals drawn up in accordance with the terms of the agreement and current legislation documents:
- invoice signed by the Supplier for the amount of payment - one original copy of 2 copies;
- invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of Art. 169 of the Tax Code, - one original copy and 1 copy;
- signed by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the mounted Equipment,
- the document provided for in clause 10.12. of this draft Treaty.
