Payment for the Goods under the Agreement is carried out upon delivery of the Goods within 15 (fifteen) business days after the Buyer has provided the documents provided for in subparagraphs a), b), c), d), e) clause 5.3. Agreement and signing a consignment note in the form of TORG-12 or the Universal Transfer Document (hereinafter UPD).
