Auto-extension

Payment terms:
If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment For Products/Batches of Products are made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties TORG-12)/UPD, provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for the Products:
The original of the consignment note (form TORG-12)/UPD for Products signed by the Parties – 2 copies;
Original invoice/UPD – 1 copy. The invoice is issued by the Supplier on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
- If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
payment for products/Batches of Products are made by the Buyer within 7 (Seven) working days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties of the invoice in the form of TORG-12/UPD (universal transfer document)) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. The invoice is issued by the Supplier on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Settlements under the agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account specified in Article 10 of this Agreement, and may also have another form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. The obligations of the participants of the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are provided with a penalty in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) contract price (including taxes).
3. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to conduct a price regulation procedure.
4. The winner of the request for proposals will be the participant who has proposed the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
5. The contract based on the results of the OPP is concluded no earlier than ten days and no later than twenty days from the date of placement in the UIS of the final protocol drawn up based on the results of the OPP.
6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Proposals set in the Notice of the Request for proposals with notification of all participants.
