Payment under this Agreement is made by cashless transfer of funds to the Supplier's current account specified in this Agreement for the goods actually delivered in the reporting period (reporting period is a period of time equal to the calendar month in which the Goods are delivered), based on those provided by the Supplier documents provided for in subparagraphs a), b), c), clause 4.3. Of the Agreement and a signed consignment note in the form of TORG-12 within __________ (__________) business days after they are signed by the Customer, provided that the Customer has no complaints about the quantity and quality of the delivered goods.
Delivery terms:
Delivery (release) of the Goods is carried out by sampling through fuel dispensers located at the address indicated in the list of gas stations (Appendix No. 3 to the Agreement) using fuel cards or fuel coupons issued by the Supplier, in the quantity and range specified in Appendix No. 1 to this the agreement.
