The decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 11.06.1996 № 693 approved the regulation on the provision of special treatment in the closed administrative and territorial education, on the territory of which are located facilities of the Ministry of Atomic Energy Federation.
There is a special regime of safe functioning of enterprises (organizations) in the territory of Sarov, which provides restrictions on the entry of citizens into its territory.
In order to enter Sarov it is necessary to have a badge. The contractor is obliged to issue the documents for entering the city in time according to the established rules.
