Auto-extension

Payment of Products is made by the Buyer with payment delay not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the full set of documents for payment:

- If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment of the Products is made by the Buyer with a delay of payment no more than 30 calendar from the date of submission to the Buyer of the full set of documents for payment:

Payment under the contract shall be settled by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account, ans also can be performed in any other form compliant with the Russian laws.
