Purchasing items:

advance payment in the amount of 30% of the price of the Agreement within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the Buyer receives the last document from the following:
- Supplier's advance payment account;
- ensuring the return of the advance payment in the form of a bank guarantee or guarantee, ensuring the return of the full amount of the advance payment, provided in accordance with clause 3.2 of the Agreement;
- payment of the remaining 70% of the price of the Agreement within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of completion of delivery and transfer of the Goods, on the basis of the invoice for payment and the documents specified in clause 4.7 of this Agreement signed by both Parties, subject to the fulfillment by the Supplier of obligations to provide security fulfillment of obligations provided for in art. 3 of the Agreement.
- payment of 100% of the price of the Agreement within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of delivery and transfer of the Goods, on the basis of an invoice for payment and documents signed by both Parties specified in clause 4.7 of the Agreement, subject to the fulfillment by the Supplier of obligations to provide security for the fulfillment of obligations, provided for in Article 3 Treaties
