Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment for Products / Batches of Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of Products (date of signing by the Parties of the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12), provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for Products / Batches of Products
If the Bidder of the MSP: Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer within 7 (seven) business days from the date of delivery of the Products (date of signing by the Buyer of the invoice signed and sent to him by the Supplier in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12 /UPD (universal transfer document)). The invoice is issued by the Supplier on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
