Advance Payment of 15% (Fifteen percent) of the Contract amount shall be paid by the Purchaser within 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the moment of signing the Contract, by the Supplier's account, subject to receipt from the Supplier of the properly issued collateral, Buyer's requirements.
Payment is made in stages based on the cost of the stage specified in the Specification, after documentary confirmation, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, the Supplier's fulfillment of the relevant stage of the Contract by offsetting the advance.
