Advance payment - provided. Payment procedure - non-cash payment. Prepayment in the amount of 30% of the total cost of the contract within 15 (Fifteen) business days from the date of conclusion of the contract on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier.
The security of the advance payment must be provided no later than 5 (five) business days before the date of payment of the advance. The Buyer is not entitled to pay the advance payment of the Supplier until the Provider provides security for the return of the advance.
Final settlement - the remaining 70%, the Buyer transfers to the Supplier’s bank account within 45 (Forty-five) calendar ((for SMEs - 15 (Fifteen) business days)) days after delivery of the entire volume of the Goods specified in the Specification (Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement), taking into account submission of documents stipulated by clause 5.5. of this Agreement and the signing of the GOODS (by the form of TORG-12) by the Buyer, by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account
It is allowed to reduce the% advance payment, or a complete rejection of the advance (at the discretion of the Supplier):

Advance payment is not provided. Payment procedure - non-cash payment. Payment for the delivered Goods shall be made by the Buyer within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days (15 business days for SMEs) days upon receipt of the goods at the buyer's warehouse on the basis of the signed consignment note (in the form of TORG-12) and the transfer-acceptance certificate, by transfer funds to the account of the Supplier.
