Option 1
Payment for the Goods under the Agreement is made upon delivery of the Goods within 45 (Forty five) calendar days after the Buyer has provided the documents specified in subparagraphs a), b), c), d) e) p. 5.3. Contract and signing the consignment note in the form of TORG-12 or UPD.
Option 2
Payment for the Goods under the Agreement is carried out in the following order:
An advance of 30% of the price of the Agreement in the amount of __ (____) rubles within 15 (Fifteen) calendar days after the conclusion of the Agreement, transfer of the invoice for payment to the Buyer and ensuring the fulfillment of obligations under the Agreement in accordance with Section 16 of the Agreement.
Payment of the remaining part of 70% of the price of the Agreement in the amount of __ (____) rubles within 45 (Forty five) calendar days after the Buyer has provided the documents specified in subparagraphs a), b), c), d) e) clause 5.3. Contract and signing the consignment note in the form of TORG-12 or UPD.
